1. Services
AI Infrastructure Systems provides custom AI automation systems and managed SaaS tools as described on this website. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Licensed Systems (Amazon & CRM)
- Clients receive full source code ownership upon final payment
- Deployment is the client's responsibility unless managed hosting is purchased separately
- Custom systems include 30-60 days of post-delivery support depending on tier
- Clients may modify the source code freely after delivery
3. Managed SaaS Tools (WebAnalyzer & Review Responder)
- Access is provided via license key or account
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate fair use policies
- Service availability is guaranteed at 99% uptime
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials
4. Payment Terms
- Licensed Systems: 50% upfront, 50% on delivery
- Engine License: Full payment upfront
- SaaS Tools: Monthly or lifetime payment as listed on pricing
- All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
5. Intellectual Property
- Licensed system clients own the delivered source code
- We retain rights to underlying frameworks and libraries used across projects
- SaaS tools remain our intellectual property; users receive a usage license
6. Limitation of Liability
AI Infrastructure Systems is not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use our systems. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
